Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-designed products that were made to your specifications
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Our refund process begins after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive an email notification once we have received your return and processed the refund.

Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the inspection is complete. The timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.

Important Note:

Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular-priced items qualify for our standard refund policy.

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at info@eliteboxmaker.co.uk.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@eliteboxmaker.co.uk and include your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may be eligible for store credit. The gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is processed.

For non-gift items, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
