1. General Terms

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and EliteBoxMaker ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 Order Process

Orders are processed through our systematic workflow: Design, Quote, Approve, Production, and Delivery. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of materials.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full before production begins.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
• Prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date.

2.3 Cancellation

Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the production process starts (i.e., before final artwork approval).

After Production: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun due to their bespoke nature.

3. Products & Delivery

3.1 Product Specifications

All products are manufactured according to approved specifications. While we maintain high quality control, natural variations in materials and printing (such as slight color shifts) may occur.

Note: Colors on screen may differ slightly from the final printed product. We recommend ordering a physical proof for color-critical projects.

3.2 Delivery Terms

• Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days production time.
• Shipping: Free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Rush Options: Expedited production available for an additional fee.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Customer Artwork

You warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork, designs, logos, and content provided for your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of your intellectual property.

4.2 Our Rights

We retain the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

5. Liability & Disputes

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

5.2 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive defective items, please report them within 3 business days of delivery for a replacement or refund assessment.

5.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
